I am a Great Nephew of James Scahill, he was my Grandfather's brother, I have always been proud of my family, we came from Mayo, my name is Michael, I was always told many stories about my roots, my Great Uncle, POW, James P. Scahill, while in captivity would recite Yankee baseball games to keep his sanity intact, also stories of others, for instance one member by injury missing boat ride to America and the boat was told to be unsinkable, it sank and by strange luck here I am, 5 generations of my family are alive, in large part because of a drunken injury, drink for thought, cheers, there are alot of us, all family.
