Eagle Butte High School Christmas Dinner

On Saturday December 9, we catered to the teachers and their families of Eagle Butte High School. We used the school kitchen to prepare the dinner. The first photograph is of Gloria baking meatballs. The second photograph is of Lorraine, Gloria's sister, myself and Gloria. We prepared food for 100 persons and served a roast turkey dinner consisting of:

• Fresh Cranberry Sauce
• Sage & Onion Dressing
• Sweet & Sour Meatballs
• Broccoli Bake
• Carrots & Turnips
• Asparagus & Baked Yams
• Shrimp Tray & Sauces
• Pickle Dish
• Caesar Salad
• Oriental Salad
• Vegetable Marinated Salad
• Buns & Butter
• 1x5 Gallon Punch

• Mini Chocolate Covered Cheese Cake
• Carrot Cake
• Square Selection
• Black Forest Cake
• Fruit Tray
• Coconut Filled Tarts
• Mini Éclairs
