On Saturday December 9, we catered to the teachers and their families of Eagle Butte High School. We used the school kitchen to prepare the dinner. The first photograph is of Gloria baking meatballs. The second photograph is of Lorraine, Gloria's sister, myself and Gloria. We prepared food for 100 persons and served a roast turkey dinner consisting of:
