On the evening of Thursday December 7, 2006. We catered for a charity auction to benefit the Medicine Hat High School football team. The auction was held at the Medicine Hat Golf Club.
We served five types of cheese. Brie, Gorgonzola, Gouda, Stilton and Wensleydale.
Also on the menu was chocolate dipped fruit. The chocolate was a dark Belgium.
I had the most important job of stirring the chocolate to ensure it did not stick or burn. Licking the spoon was my payment...
